CIO-SP3 SB Contract Vehicle Now Available
Germantown, MD April, 2014. Appsential LLC announced today that it has reached strategic agreements for access to the National Institute of Health (NIH) Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). These agreements provide access and teaming options for all ten task areas.
Chief Information Officers - Solutions and Partners (CIOSP3) can be used by any Federal agency for procurements where at least one element relates to IT. CIOSP3 is a 10-year Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), with a period of performance from 2012-2022, with individual task orders expected to run past 2022. The benefits to Appsential and its customers include:
- No special Delegation of Procurement Authority is needed
- Task orders for services/solutions can be awarded in 30 days or less
- Delivery orders for products/related services can be awarded in 1-3 days
- Easy to use e-ordering systems based on FAR Subpart 16.505
- Competitive, pre-negotiated price for services/solutions that can't go up, but can be negotiated lower
- Product pricing is lower than open market, less than or equal to GSA
